STEAM Education Professional Development Workshop
at ITEEA’s 80th Annual Conference

April 11th, 2018 from 8:00AM to 5:00PM

The workshop included:

  • STEAM Theory, Program Development, & Practicum with Georgette.

  • One-year access to the extensive online STEAM course.

  • Over 100 supplemental downloads that can be referred to for deeper extensions that cannot be covered in one day.

  • A brief overview of the highlights of what is online including recent updates.

  • Access to the STEAM Education team for assistance on workshop day while attendees develop their own STEAM program and curriculum plans using processes learned for curriculum mapping, thematic unit planning, and nine subject-area fully integrative STEAM lesson plan development.

  • Fun teaching activities that show some of the resources available in the online bank of STEAM lesson plans, which are regularly updated.
